These terms govern your use of the HourZero app ("the app"), operated by Qraiqe ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial recovery and wellbeing. Your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Not medical advice
HourZero is a supportive tool built on established behavioral techniques. It is not a doctor, therapist, or emergency service, and it does not diagnose conditions or provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your health, mental health, or have thoughts of harming yourself, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.
Your data
The app stores your data only on your device and transmits nothing to us. You are responsible for your device, for any data you export, and for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Norwegian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
